Nuba mountains Solidarity Abroad, established in Almelo, is contributing to a better future for disadvantaged children, young people and women in the Nuba Mountains in Sudan. NMSA only works with volunteers in the Netherlands and Sudan to launch and implement projects or initiatives. In the implementation of these projects NMSA is always working with the local population. We believe that small activities can make a difference in life. NMSA is actively involved in the construction and maintenance of orphanages and water wells in the Nuba Mountains.We can invest with sponsors in classrooms where lessons are taught and in the evening women can come together. We have also built Greenhouses, which grow vegetabes. Furthermore, we will start with the construction of schools and / or classrooms so that children can start with Nursery School and we were able to purchase a fuel-friendly Cooking Stove.
